Claudia Dolphin is a freelance health writer who lives in the Boston area. She has over 20 years of experience writing for the health care industry, having worked in health insurance, medical software and hospital philanthropy. She received her master’s degree in Health Communications from Emerson College, in clinical affiliation with Tufts Medical School, in 2012.
